Boat Ramp Access
Residents who need recurring access to the boat ramp must follow the guidelines below:
  • Current HOA members may request an annual boat‑ramp key at no charge. To request a key, email: hoa@lakejodeco.org
  • Non‑HOA residents who live at an eligible address may receive an annual key for $450 in 2025 and $550 in 2026
  • If an issued key is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee applies in addition to any annual access fees.
  • For questions or assistance, contact: hoa@lakejodeco.org
No Overnight Parking
There is no overnight parking permitted at any of the access lots, including the main boat ramp. If you have questions about this policy, please use the Contact Us tab at the top of the Home Page.

Boating Rules
To ensure safety and preserve the peaceful character of Lake Jodeco, the following rules apply:
  • Lake Jodeco is a No Wake Lake. The maximum speed limit is 5 mph at all times.
  • Jet‑skis and speed boats are not permitted on the lake.
  • No watercraft may be operated while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • A watercraft without motor power (kayak, canoe, paddleboard, float) always has the right of way over any motor‑powered watercraft. A swimmer has the right of way over all watercraft of every kind.
  • From dusk until dawn, all motor‑powered watercraft must display working front and rear running lights.
  • Age restrictions for watercraft operators follow state requirements. Please visit GA‑DNR Boat Operator Regulations for details.
  • White stakes (some with red flags) mark shallow or hazardous areas. Always stay outside these markers.
  • Swimming and boating on Lake Jodeco are at your own risk. The HOA accepts no responsibility for personal safety.
Fishing
Lake Jodeco is catch and release for largemouth bass. All other species may be kept.
