Dues revenue allows the HOA to maintain Lake Jodeco as a special place to live and preserve our investment in our homes. Your dues pay for:
- lake fertilization, silt removal, fish stocks and invasive plant treatments
- boat ramp upkeep
- ground maintenance for all HOA properties
- taxes, utilities
