If you pay electronically with a credit or debit card, there will be a 3.5% convenience fee that goes to the payment processing company. You can also pay by sending your personal check or your bank's electronic bill pay check to LJ HOA, P.O. Box 1142, Jonesboro, GA 30237-1142.
Dues revenue allows the HOA to maintain Lake Jodeco as a special place to live and preserve our investment in our homes. Your dues pay for:
- lake fertilization, silt removal, fish stocks and invasive plant treatments
- boat ramp upkeep
- ground maintenance for all HOA properties
- taxes, utilities
